Creamy Calypso Fruit Soup

Is it a soup? Or, a smoothie? Try this tasty creation made with whole grain brown rice and fresh fruit.
Ingredients:

River® Whole Grain Brown Rice, cooked and cooled |

pineapple juice |

orange juice |

ripe banana, mashed |

(11.5 ounces) mango nectar |

mint, snipped |

tropical dried fruit bits |

Directions:
Place the rice and the next 6 ingredients in a blender container. Blend till smooth. Stir in the rest of the ingredients; except the flaked coconut and mint sprigs; cover and refrigerate until chilled. Serve garnished with flaked coconut and mint sprigs
